very good customer service , good quality food and service is amazing as always highly recommend

We stopped here because I've never been here and forgot that Denny's serves the Hobbit Hole Breakfast and not IHOP. Despite that, I had really nice chicken and waffles, and Dad loved the coffee too. The worker looked really overworked and tired, but the IHOP was a very busy place that morning so I understand. Regardless of the mountains of people there, and the tired employees, service was extremely quick and we were in and out in less than 45 minutes when usually our dining experiences are 2-3 hours. Maple syrup was wonderful too!

I had this for take-out, so my review's just on the food. I had gluten-free pancakes and a milkshake. The pancakes were good enough, my mistake though for ordering gluten free . But the milkshake - this one, i really liked! It was very creamy and the sweetness was the right level.

My husband and I wanted to have a quick pancake fix last minute before picking up the kids and we didn't want to go to this location at first because as SF Natives we didn't want to deal with a tourist crowd just to eat at our neighborhood ihop but instead we got this: - Friendly customer service - Quiet relaxing atmosphere - Extremely clean even the bathrooms - Nice amount of people not too crowded - Food made to order and came out nice and hot!! Side note- I got the mushroom & spinach omelette but asked for it to be in a scrambled egg instead of omelette and it came out so good !! Whenever hubby and I want our pancake fix we will just come here instead of getting on the freeway to Daly City which is what we had been doing before to avoid tourist crowds lol

I live in the East Bay and stopped going to IHOP because for some reason, all the locations I've been to have the driest pancakes. We went to this locations which is right off the pier because it's right next to the hotel we stayed in, Hotel Zephyr. Honestly, I don't have a big appetite for breakfast and only wanted 1 pancake, so I tried to see if they would let me order from the kids menu--the Funny Face pancake combo came with 1 pancake, 1egg, 1 sausage. But I was told I couldn't order from the kids menu and had to get a combo from the regular menu. The regular menu combo came with 3 stacks of pancakes, a side plate of eggs, and several strips of either bacon or sausage which is way too much for me. Instead I ordered a stack of the Cupcake pancakes and asked if they could still put a face on it (because that was really the only thing I wanted) and the limited edition pumpkin cold brew. The cooks delivered and did put a silly looking face on my pancakes. The pancakes here were so soft and fluffy, not like the ones back home, and I just ate 1 from the stack. Lots of people came in to get breakfast here and it was a decent experience, it the only qualm is that there's no AC. The whole restaurant air is filled with hot, oily food and it got pretty stuffy.
